Appointment Cancellation Policy JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER! Your appointments are very important to Skin Studio Aesthetics and are reserved especially for you. I’m Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My Online Booking System sends out 2 reminders 48 and 24 hours in advance. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, you will be billed full price and it will applied to your credit card or alternatively billed out to you via PayPal.
